‘George Floyd’ mockery: Who is John Sheeran? Teen pleads guilty to racial attack on black boy

John Sheeran, 15, pleaded guilty to attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon for attempting to drown a Black teenager while using racial slurs and references to George Floyd on Cape Cod. His sentencing will occur in February 2024. Sheeran’s accomplice faces separate harassment charges for mocking the victim.
