‘Extremely intoxicated’ 16-year-old boy allegedly shoots family in Mexico

A New Mexico teenager, Diego Leyva, allegedly shot and killed his parents and two siblings before calling 911 to confess. Intoxicated at the time, Leyva surrendered to police at the family home. The incident, the 29th mass murder in the US this year, has shocked the Belén community and reignited the gun control debate.
