A Dhaka court yesterday ordered the Anti-Corruption Commission to confiscate 22 flats owned by former Padma Bank chairman Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, his wife, and their son over allegations that they embezzled Tk 887 crore from banks and the share market.
