Umpire Nitin Menon refuses to travel to Pakistan for Champions Trophy

Indian umpire Nitin Menon has declined to officiate in the ICC Champions Trophy, which results in his absence from the list of appointed officials for the tournament, which will be held in Pakistan and Dubai from February 19 to March 9.
