Den Fischer is a third-term senator and after her oath, Kamala Harris reached out to her husband Bruce Fischer for a handshake. Bruce looked down at her hand and said “thank you” refusing the handshake. “I’m not going to bite, don’t worry,” Kamala Harris told Bruce but the awkward moment did not finally get a handshake.
